Come out to a beautiful farm, harvest armfuls of organically grown Italian sweet basil and other herbs, and have a pesto-making party!

Go home with four half-pints of delicious pesto, ready for a dinner party or for your freezer. Recipes will be provided and work stations set up in our large galley.

We will provide basil. You will need to bring the following:

• your own blender
• a wedge of Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup nuts (The nuts may be pine nuts, walnuts, pecans, pistacios, or any combination)
• a bottle of olive oil
• a spatula
• a head of garlic
• at least 4 half-pint canning jars

Limit of 8 people. Bellisimo!!
