Gaia Gardens/Love is Love Farm and Community Farmers' Market are hosting two half-day workshops on shitake mushroom log inoculation and production at Gaia Gardens on March 2 and 3.

Attendees will learn the concepts and habits of fungi, hands-on strategies for inoculating and caring for shiitake mushroom logs, and leave with a shiitake log for themselves.  

Workshop is rain or shine.  Space is very limited.

25% of proceeds from the workshop will be donated to Community Farmers' Market, the entity which manages the East Atlanta and Grant Park Farmers Markets.

Cost to Attend: 

$60 for general attendees and $45 for members of Gaia Gardens/Love is Love Farm CSA and residents of East Lake Commons
