Conference Contacts & Important Info

 

The Georgia Organics office will be closed from Thursday Feb. 23 at 12 noon until Tuesday Feb 28 at 9 a.m.

Current On Site Registration Availability (we will update this from the conference as events sell out):

  • Friday Workshops: Limited Availability
  • Friday Farm Tours: SOLD OUT
  • Saturday Sessions: Limited Availability
  • Saturday Farmers Feast: Limited Availability

Cancelations: We are no longer issuing refunds at this time as per our cancelation policy listed below.  However, we are encouraging substitutions.  If someone is planning to attend in your stead, please have them check in under your name and we will reissue a name tag for them at that time.  We will answer any other questions regarding substitutions on site.

Cancellation Policy:  Georgia Organics will issue refunds, less a $100 processing fee, for cancelations made by 5 p.m. Feb. 3, 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date.  Substitutions are encouraged.
