Pricing: $84.99 for two queen bed rooms $77.99 for one bed room plus 14% tax.
If more than 2 occupants per room surcharge of $5 per person per night.
UPDATE as of FEB. 8: Plenty of rooms are available on Feb. 18, very few rooms are available for Feb. 19, and plenty of rooms are available Feb. 20.
Conference attendees can still get the package rate.
To reserve call, 706-995-4000 and ask for a gentleman named Aminder. He's the only person who can authorize the special discounted room rate.
Aminder is usually around during the morning. If Aminder isn't there, you can go ahead and reserve a room at the non-discount rate, and leave a message for Aminda, who will change the rate for you.
The hotel is not walking distance from the Classic Center so you will need to arrange transportation.
Georgia Gameday Center Condominiums
Bedrooms with private bath for each bedroom and living room / kitchen combinations are standard. These are relatively inexpensive for those who would like to share condos, so call a friend and arrange to split the condo.
1 Bedroom units $119 + tax
2 bedroom units $139 + tax
The condos are located at 250 West Broad St., Athens, GA, 30601. To reserve, call 706-583-4500 and ask for reservations for at the Georgia Organics room rate. There is a complementary shuttle to and from the Classic Center.

Camping Options
The Pine Lake Campground is located at 5540 High Shoals Rd, Bishop, GA , 706.769.5486.
Their website, www.pinelakervcamp.com, lists them as an RV campground, but they do allow tent camping as well. The water on the site will be turned off in February, but there are heated bathrooms and hot showers. Tent sites (7) are $20.00 per night for 1 or 2 people, and RV full hook-up sites (25) are $28.00 and $30.00 per night. The campground is 13.6 miles from the Classic Center.
Home stays
