| Description | Our Sheep Shearing Day happens once a year in the Spring at the Lazy B Farm. Our shearer, Rosemarie Szostak, will come out to the farm to remove a year’s worth of wool from our three sheep, Rosie, Sage, and Casey. Rosemarie is an excellent communicator and will explain the whole process and answer any questions you might have. Audience participation will help with the carding process. Rosemarie will be here with her spinning wheel to demonstrate the art of “spinning”. It’s our goal that visitor’s understand the entire process: from sheep to shawl!
Bring your lunch and picnic at the farm afterwards.
