| Description | Make simple artisan cheese at home with an international twist. You will make an Indian Paneer, Lebanese Labneh Cheese and homemade yogurt. We will also cook with the paneer we make in class and talk about recipes, equipment and resources. Chris belongs to a local goat co-op and prepares for her family simple fresh cheeses. |
