Conference meals will feature local and organic farm food, including breakfast both days.
Topics include: food safety, unusual veggies, biochar, organic strawberries, mushrooms, renewable energy, pastured poultry, cooking locally, regional food systems, organic weed control, soils 101, food preservation, hogs and farrowing, pollinators, crop mobs and much more. Our keynote speaker, Dr.
