Slow Food founder, author, and intellectual provocateur Carlo Petrini electrified the Georgia Organics annual conference Feb. 20 in Athens. His vision to embrace sustainable agriculture as a means of leading us back to culinary and agriculture roots inspired 850 attendees at the Classic Center, and provided the perfect capstone to Georgia Organics effort to reclaim agriculture at the 13th annual conference.
