FARMER SERVICES

Our Farmer Services team provides small and organic farmers with one-on-one support, resource provision, group instruction, and deep-dive programs like our Farmer Fund Accelerator, Emergency Support, and Healthcare programs. This suite of services is designed to help these farmers build and maintain strong farm businesses and achieve farmer prosperity.

FARMER CHAMPION

We help farmers and other food service providers to become restaurant ready or expand their restaurant sales, while engaging restaurants to increase purchasing from small local and organic farms. During the pandemic, our Farm to Restaurant team created Food Fight GA to provide a weekly box of produce from local farms to unemployed restaurant workers at their former restaurants.

FARM TO SCHOOL

Our nationally-recognized Farm to School and Farm to Early Care programs work daily to expand the engagement of children with local, healthy food in their cafeterias and classrooms. Our Golden Radish Awards program is designed to recognize school districts for the meals they serve, gardens they cultivate, and instruction they provide. We also provide instruction and engagement opportunities for teachers and students through workshops and October Farm to School month.
